I prezzi includono: consumo d'acqua, luce e gas, biancheria da camera e da bagno, tv satellitare, uso della piscina, telo piscina, parcheggio privato interno.
Durante i mesi invernali verrà conteggiato il consumo di gas.

I prezzi non includono:  pulizie finali (50 €)
Gli animali non sono ammessi.

Al momento della conferma della prenotazione è richiesta una caparra pari al 30% del totale soggiorno che dovrà essere inviato entro 72 ore dall'avvenuta conferma.

Il saldo viene effettuato all'arrivo.

All'arrivo è richiesto un deposito di sicurezza pari ad euro 200 per coprire rotture o altri danni durante il soggiorno. Il deposito sarà restituito al termine del soggiorno.
Cambio extra biancheria bagno/camera a richiesta Eur 5,00 a persona

Upon confirmation a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. Balance to be payed upon arrival.

Kaution Eur. 200 für eventuelle Schäden während des Aufenthaltes.

Tiere sind nicht erlaubt. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich eine Tierpension, wo auf Anfrage ein Platz für Ihren Hund gebucht werden kann.

Anzahlung von 30% muss innert 72 Stunden nach Buchungsbestätigung von Holiday Home Tuscany erfolgen.
